Who is responsible

The data we hold

The service keeps only what it needs to work:

• your account email;
• your profile fields;
• the programmes you track and the steps you ticked;
• your requests to add a programme;
• your appointments and the files you upload;
• your plan and your payment status.

Card payments

Card data is handled only by Stripe and never reaches our service. We receive only the status of the payment and of the subscription.

Your data is used to create and secure your account, to follow your programmes, deadlines and appointments, to manage your plan and payments, and to send you the service emails (account confirmation, Essential plan alerts, receipts from Stripe).

Your rights

You have the right of access, rectification, erasure, portability and objection.

• Access and portability: use “Download my data” in your account.
• Deletion: use “Delete my account” in your account.

Cookies

The service sets only two cookies, both strictly necessary: a sign-in session cookie and a short-lived cookie that keeps the state of a form.

We use no analytics or advertising cookie, so no consent banner is shown.
